Common Questions

How is my order packed and shipped?

We work together with Restaurant partners to bring the best food from New York to you. All items are handcrafted to order and packed by certified Restaurant staff to ensure the freshest and most delicious food when it arrives at your door. All items come with heating and storage instructions. If you have additional questions please contact our support team at support@cravingny.com

Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from the Restaurant directly.

How long will it take to receive a shipment?

Depending on what food you order and the destination of shipment, most deliveries take 1-3 business days. However, we can not guarantee a time of delivery as this is not in our control once the package is shipped. A tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped. 

Does CravingNY ship overseas?

No, at the moment we ONLY ship to the domestic United States(Excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We can not ship to P.O. Boxes and at this time we do not ship to Puerto Rico.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

What are CravingNY shipping rates?

Currently all products on cravingny.com offer FREE shipping.

Do I have to be home to sign for the package when it's delivered?

We don’t require a signature on our delivery packages. However, we do recommend opening your package as soon as possible to properly store any product that requires refrigeration.  

Can I have my package delivered on a specific time?

That is in control of your local carrier. Most carriers deliver between 8am-8pm local time.

What happens if we missed a package delivery?

Cravingny does not require a signature on delivery. If the driver feels it’s safe to leave a package at your front door they will do so. Cravingny is not responsible for missed deliveries because no one was home and the driver felt it was not safe to leave the package. 

My order was missing an item?

Cravingny and its partners pursue a 5 star rating each and every time. If you feel like you were missing an item please reach out to our customer support team at support@cravingny.com. We will work together with you and the restaurant to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

How can I track my order?

Once the package is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email. You don’t need to contact our restaurant partner to check on the order status. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact our support team at support@cravingny.com.
